The terms that govern your use of this website and any AI automation services Sei Laut provides.

1Who we are

These terms are between you and Sei Laut [legal entity], Hamburg, Germany ("Sei Laut", "we", "us"). Full company details are in our Imprint.

2What we do

Sei Laut designs, builds, deploys, and operates AI automation — AI agents and digital employees that handle admin, sales, content, and support tasks. The free consultation is a no-obligation conversation to assess fit. Scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.

3The consultation

• The 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation to buy.
• We only take on businesses we believe we can genuinely help — and we will say so on the call if we are not the right fit.
• Information shared during the call is treated as confidential on both sides.

4The Anti-Management Guarantee

Where an engagement explicitly includes our Anti-Management Guarantee, its exact terms — what qualifies, how a refund is calculated, and the claim window — are defined in your service agreement. State the precise guarantee mechanics there.

5Ownership of your assets

Unless your agreement states otherwise, the automations, workflows, and configurations we build for you, and the data they process, remain yours. Sei Laut retains rights to its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methods.

6Fees & payment

Describe pricing, invoicing cycle, and payment terms here, or reference the individual service agreement.

7Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sei Laut is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under German law. Insert your full liability and warranty clauses.

8Governing law
